For purposes of this subtitle, unless the context otherwise clearly requires: "Agreement" means the written individualized agreement of personal responsibility required by this chapter. "Case manager" means the worker designated by the local department, a private-sector contractor or a private community-based organization including nonprofit entities, churches, or voluntary organizations that provide case management services. "Intensive case management" means individualized services provided by a properly trained case manager. 1994, cc. 858 , 858 , § 63.1-133.42; 1995, c. 858 ; 2002, c. 858 .
