SECTION 6.2-1504. Restrictions on name |
|
No licensee shall use a firm, corporate, or assumed name that contains any of the words "savings," "trust," "trustee," "bank," "banker," "banking," "investment," "thrift," "building," or "industrial." Code 1950, § 6-283; 1966, c. 584, § 6.1-253; 2010, c. 794 . |
