SECTION 55.1-2410. Trial by jury; judgment of court  

Upon a petition filed pursuant to § 55.1-2409 , the court may impanel a jury to ascertain any facts that may be disputed and may set aside the verdict. The escheator may initiate a new inquest in accordance with § 55.1-2409 .
