SECTION 54.1-1115.1. Evidence of violation of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code |

In any proceeding pursuant to § 54.1-1114 , the Board shall consider any written documentation of a violation of the Uniform Statewide Building Code (§ 54.1-1114 et seq.) provided by a local building official as evidence of a violation of such building code. Such written documentation shall not be prima facie evidence of a building code violation. 1993, c. 942. |
