SECTION 45.1-161.292.67. Violations; penalties  

Any person convicted of willfully violating any provisions of this chapter and Chapters 14.5 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.) and 14.6 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.) or any regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter and Chapters 14.5 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.) and 14.6 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.), unless otherwise specified in this chapter and Chapters 14.5 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.) and 14.6 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.), shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
