SECTION 45.1-161.218. Auxiliary fans |
|
A. The installation or use of auxiliary fans in any mine shall be prohibited, without the prior written approval of the Chief. B. Machine mounted scrubbers and spray fan systems may be used for control of coal dust and to enhance ventilation. Such installations are not considered auxiliary fans.
