SECTION 38.2-4523. Controversies involving subscription contracts |

The Commission shall have no jurisdiction to adjudicate controversies growing out of subscription contracts. A breach of contract shall not be deemed a violation of this chapter. 1980, c. 682, § 38.1-914; 1986, c. 562. |
