SECTION 38.2-4407. Board of directors of plan created by attorneys  

Notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 13.1-675 , 13.1-675 and 13.1-675 to the contrary, any legal services organization operating a plan created by a group of attorneys shall have a board of directors consisting of no more than fifteen members of whom a majority may be providers of legal services. This section does not apply to a plan operated under § 13.1-675 .
