SECTION 38.2-3517. Definitions |
|
As used in this article: "Form" means policies, contracts, riders, endorsements, and applications. "Policy" means the entire contract between the insurer and the insured, including the policy riders, endorsements, and the application, if attached. 1980, c. 204, § 38.1-362.12; 1986, c. 562. |
