SECTION 32.1-125.01. Failing to report; penalty |

Any hospital or nursing home that has not paid civil penalties assessed for failing to report pursuant to § 54.1-2400.6 shall not be issued a license or certification or a renewal of such. 2003, cc. 54.1-2400.6 , 54.1-2400.6 ; 2004, c. 54.1-2400.6 . |
