SECTION 3.2-6513. Inclusion of false or misleading statements in certificate violation of Consumer Protection Act  

It shall be a violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (§ 59.1-196 et seq.) for a pet dealer to include in the pet dealer's animal history certificate provided for in § 59.1-196 any false or misleading statement regarding the information to be contained therein.
