SECTION 3.2-4910. Use of information acquired by Commissioner or employees of Department  

The Commissioner or any employee of the Department shall not use or reveal information acquired under §§ 3.2-4902 and 3.2-4902 except in the enforcement of this chapter, or to the courts, when relevant in any judicial proceeding.
