ARTICLE 1. Hunting, Trapping and Fishing Licenses |
SECTION 29.1-310. Fees to fish |
A. The license fees to fish, which licenses shall not permit fishing for trout in waters stocked by the Department, shall be as follows: 1. County or city resident license to fish, in all inland waters of the county or city of residence only, $5. 2. State resident license to fish in all inland waters of the Commonwealth, $12. 3. State nonresident license to fish in all inland waters of the Commonwealth, $30. 4. State resident license to fish in the interstate waters of South Holston Reservoir pursuant to a reciprocal agreement established in accordance with § 29.1-535 , $20 in addition to the license required by subdivision 2. B. The additional license fees for a trout license required to fish in designated waters stocked with trout by the Department or to fish for or harvest trout in the interstate waters of South Holston Reservoir shall be as follows: 1. State resident license, $12. 2. State nonresident license, $30. C. The Board may subsequently revise the cost of licenses set forth in this section pursuant to § 29.1-535 .
