SECTION 21-132. Liability of treasurer |
|
The treasurer and his sureties shall be liable for the amount received for such bonds as though it were a county levy, and such funds shall be expended for the purposes for which the bonds were voted and none other. 1946, p. 182; Michie Suppl. 1946, § 1560z6. |
