SECTION 2.2-2325. Exemptions from personnel and procurement procedures |

The provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (§ 2.2-4300 et seq.) and the Virginia Personnel Act (§ 2.2-4300 et seq.) shall not apply to the Authority. 1999, cc. 2.2-4300 , 2.2-4300 , § 2.1-548.63; 2001, c. 2.2-4300 . |
