SECTION 19.2-182.14. Escape of persons placed or committed; penalty |

Any person placed in the temporary custody of the Commissioner pursuant to § 19.2-182.2 or committed to the custody of the Commissioner pursuant to § 19.2-182.2 who escapes from such custody shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony. 1993, c. 295. |
