SECTION 18.2-30. Murder and manslaughter declared felonies |

Any person who commits capital murder, murder of the first degree, murder of the second degree, voluntary manslaughter, or involuntary manslaughter, shall be guilty of a felony. 1975, cc. 14, 15. |
