SECTION 18.2-232. Same; punishment for violation of §§ 18.2-226 through 18.2-231  

Any person, firm, association or corporation or any officer, agent or employee thereof who shall violate any provision of §§ 18.2-226 through 18.2-226 , shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor; and a second or any subsequent offense shall be punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor.
