SECTION 18.2-148. Bona fide repossession under lien  

The provisions of §§ 18.2-102 , 18.2-102 and 18.2-102 shall not apply to a bona fide repossession of a vehicle, aircraft, boat or vessel by the holder of a lien on such vehicle, aircraft, boat or vessel, or by the agents or employees of such lienholder.
