SECTION 17.1-219. Clerk to prepare bonds |

Every clerk of a court of record shall prepare, in a proper manner, any bond to be taken by, or given before, him or his court or the judge thereof. Code 1919, § 3390, § 17-55; 1998, c. 872 . |
