SECTION 12.1-35. Judgments to be in favor of Commonwealth |
|
All judgments of the Commission shall be entered in favor of the Commonwealth and when collected shall be paid by the clerk of the Commission into the treasury of Virginia. Code 1950, § 12-17; 1971, Ex. Sess., c. 157. |
