SECTION 10.1-1127. County and city levies and appropriations |

The governing bodies of the counties and those cities entering into a contract as provided in § 10.1-1125 are authorized to levy taxes and appropriate money for forest protection, improvement and management. Code 1950, § 10-47; 1964, c. 79; 1988, c. 891. |
