SECTION 8.01-507.1. Interrogatories, answers, etc., to be returned to court  

The commissioner shall, at the request of either of the parties, return the interrogatories and answers filed with him, and a report of the proceedings under §§ 8.01-506 and 8.01-506 , to the court in which the judgment is rendered.
