SECTION 63.2-308. Suspension or removal of members |
|
Members of any local board may be suspended or removed for cause by the Board or by the local governing body authorized to appoint the members of the local board. Code 1950, § 63-57; 1968, c. 578, § 63.1-45; 2002, c. 747 . |
