SECTION 6.2-1827. (Effective until January 1, 2021) Application of chapter to Internet loans |

The provisions of this chapter, including specifically the licensure requirements of § 6.2-1801 , shall apply to persons making payday loans over the Internet to Virginia residents, whether or not the person making the loan maintains a physical presence in the Commonwealth. 2008, cc. 6.2-1801 , 6.2-1801 , § 6.1-469.1; 2010, c. 6.2-1801 . |
