  SECTION 58.1-3985. Section 58.1-3984 not applicable to applications for correction of assessments for local improvements  

Section 58.1-3984 shall not apply to applications for correction of assessments for local improvements provided for in Article 2 (§ 58.1-3984 et seq.) of Chapter 24 of Title 15.2 of this Code or the charter of any city or town.
