SECTION 55-79.10. Merger not to bar subsequent horizontal property regime |

The merger provided for in § 55-79.9 shall in no way bar the subsequent constitution of the property into another horizontal property regime whenever so desired and upon observance of the provisions of this chapter. 1962, c. 627, § 10. |
