The title to real estate heretofore or hereafter sold under a deed of trust shall not be drawn in question upon the ground that the holder of the notes secured by such deed of trust did not list the same for taxation. 1924, p. 469; 1926, p. 978; 1944, p. 630; Tax Code, §§ 69, 69a. |
