SECTION 55-364. Applicability of local ordinances, regulations, and building codes |

A zoning, subdivision, or other ordinance or regulation may not impose any requirement upon a time-share project which it would not otherwise impose upon a similar project under a different form of ownership. 1981, c. 462. |
