SECTION 55-312. Application to railroad companies  

No action taken under the provisions of § 55-310 shall relieve any railroad company of any duty or obligation imposed on every such company by § 55-310 , or imposed by any other statute now in force, in reference to fencing their lines of railway, and rights-of-way.
