SECTION 55-311. Effect of such law on certain fences  

Such declaration shall not be construed as applying and shall not apply to relieve the adjoining landowners from making and maintaining their division fences, as defined by § 55-299 , but as to such division fences, §§ 55-299 to 55-299 , inclusive, shall be applicable.
