SECTION 55-196. Escheators to defend on behalf of Commonwealth |
|
The escheator shall answer and defend on the part of the Commonwealth any such suit against him or any petition filed under § 55-176 and shall be allowed the costs incurred by him in defending the same. Code 1919, § 517. |
