SECTION 55-181. Escheator to notify State Treasurer of claim and decision  

The escheator shall certify to the State Treasurer, within sixty days after the end of a year from the date of such inquisition, whether any claim by petition has been made; and if such claim be made, he shall certify the decision thereon within sixty days after such decision.
