CHAPTER 5.2. Athlete Agents

SECTION 54.1-539. Criminal penalty

An athlete agent who violates § 54.1-538 is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor and in addition, the Director may suspend the agent's certificate of registration for no more than 12 months.
