SECTION 53.1-50. Vouchers, certificates and warrants not to be questioned |

No voucher, certificate or warrant issued on the Comptroller by any such department, institution or agency shall be questioned by him or by the State Treasurer on the ground that §§ 53.1-47 through 53.1-47 and § 53.1-47 have not been complied with by such department, institution or agency.
