SECTION 5.1-36.1. Contributions by counties to construction of certain airports |

The governing body of any county is authorized to make appropriations of public funds to contribute to the initial construction of an airport by a city or town adjoining such county or by a city or town within a county adjoining such county. Code 1950, § 5-24.2; 1966, c. 415. |
