SECTION 46.2-394. Revocation of license for fourth conviction of certain offenses  


If any person is convicted four times of a violation of §§ 46.2-865 , 46.2-865 , or § 46.2-865 , or any substantially similar ordinance or law of any other jurisdiction, the court shall revoke his driver's license for five years.
