SECTION 46.2-335.1. Knowledge test; waiting period prior to reexamination |

Any person under the age of eighteen who applies for a learner's permit under § 46.2-335 and fails the motor vehicle knowledge test administered pursuant to that section shall not be eligible for retesting for at least fifteen days. 1996, c. 46.2-335 . |
