A. Each operator shall have a plan containing the following programs: training for new miners, training for newly-employed experienced miners, training for miners for new tasks, annual refresher training, and hazard training. For the purpose of this section, the definition of miner does not include scientific workers; delivery workers; customers, including commercial over-the-road truck drivers; vendors; or visitors. B. The plan shall be available to the Director for review upon request. 1998, c. 695 ; 2003, c. 695 .
