SECTION 45.1-161.292.3. Safety and health  

In safety and health, all mineral miners are to be governed by this chapter and Chapters 14.5 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.) and 14.6 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.) and Chapter 18.1 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.) of this title, and any other sections of the Code relating to safety and health of miners and rules and regulations promulgated by the Department.
