SECTION 43-5. Sufficiency of memorandum and affidavit required by § 43-4 |
The memorandum and affidavit required by § 43-4 shall be sufficient if substantially in form and effect as follows: Memorandum for Mechanic's Lien Claimed by General Contractor.
