SECTION 43-36. Appeals, how taken and tried |
|
Any party may appeal from the judgment of the general district court, as in case of warrants for small claims under Chapter 6 (§ 16.1-76 et seq.) of Title 16.1, and such appeal shall be heard and determined in like manner, as appeals under such chapter. Code 1919, § 6451; 2005, c. 16.1-76 . |
