SECTION 38.2-704. Penalties  

A. Any person who violates a cease and desist order entered under § 38.2-703 shall be subject to the provisions of § 38.2-703 .

B. Any person convicted of violating this chapter may, in addition, be punished under the provisions of Chapter 1.1 (§ 38.2-703 et seq.) of Title 59.1.
