SECTION 38.2-3526. Standard provisions required; exceptions  

A. No group accident and sickness insurance policy shall be delivered or issued for delivery in this Commonwealth unless it contains the standard provisions prescribed in this article.

B. The provisions of § 38.2-3531 , subsection A of §§ 38.2-3531 and 38.2-3531 shall not apply to policies issued pursuant to subsection B of § 38.2-3531 .
