SECTION 38.2-3523.3. Requirements for those marketing group accident and sickness insurance  

Insurance marketed to certificate holders of a group which does not qualify under § 38.2-3521.1 or § 38.2-3521.1 must be marketed by a person holding a valid life and health insurance agent license as required by Chapter 18 (§ 38.2-3521.1 et seq.) of this title.
