SECTION 38.2-1302. Extension of filing time |

The Commission may extend an insurer's deadline for filing annual statements, other reports or exhibits provided the deadline for annual statements is not extended beyond April 30. Code 1950, § 38-126; 1952, c. 317, § 38.1-161; 1986, c. 562. |
