SECTION 33.2-1804. Service contracts |
|
In addition to any authority otherwise conferred by law, any public entity may contract with a private entity for transportation services to be provided by a qualifying transportation facility in exchange for such service payments and other consideration as such public entity may deem appropriate. 1994, c. 855 , § 56-561; 1995, c. 855 ; 2005, cc. 855 , 855 ; 2014, c. 855 . |
