SECTION 33.2-1530. (Contingent expiration date, see note) Highway Maintenance and Operating Fund

There is hereby created in the state treasury a special nonreverting fund to be known as the Highway Maintenance and Operating Fund, referred to in this section as "the Fund." The Fund shall be established on the books of the Comptroller. Any moneys remaining in the Fund at the end of each fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund but shall remain in the Fund.

The sources of funds for the Fund shall be paid into the state treasury and credited to the Fund and, in addition to all funds appropriated by the General Assembly, includes the following:

1. Revenues generated pursuant to § 33.2-213 ;

2. Civil penalties collected pursuant to § 33.2-213 ;

3. Civil penalties collected pursuant to § 33.2-213 ;

4. Civil penalties collected pursuant to § 33.2-213 ;

5. Permit fees as outlined in § 33.2-213 ;

6. Revenues generated pursuant to § 33.2-213 ;

7. Permit fees pursuant to §§ 33.2-213 , 33.2-213 , 33.2-213 , 33.2-213 , 33.2-213 , and 33.2-213 ;

8. Applicable portions of emissions inspection fees from on-road emissions inspectors as designated in § 33.2-213 ;

9. Revenues from subsection G of § 33.2-213 and § 33.2-213 ;

10. Revenues generated pursuant to subsection B of § 33.2-213 ;

11. Revenues as apportioned in subsection E of § 33.2-213 ;

12. Revenues as outlined in subsection A of § 33.2-213 ; and

13. Taxes and fees pursuant to § 33.2-213 .
