SECTION 33.2-1228. Disposition of fees |
|
All moneys received by the Commissioner of Highways under the provisions of this article shall be paid by him into the state treasury, except as provided in §§ 33.2-1224 and 33.2-1224 , and allocated to the Board for use in the regulation and control of outdoor advertising and landscaping of highways.
