SECTION 33.2-114. Virginia Aviation Board and Virginia Port Authority powers

The powers of the Virginia Aviation Board set out in Chapter 1 (§ 5.1-1 et seq.) of Title 5.1 and the Virginia Port Authority set out in Chapter 10 (§ 5.1-1 et seq.) of Title 62.1 are in no way diminished by the provisions of this title.
